WELCOME AND FAREWELL

We are delighted to welcome Dr Yanan Zhao, Dr Nishesh Bhattarai and Beth, our new Practice Nurse, who have recently joined the Practice.

Their arrival strengthens our clinical team, and we now have a team of 10 doctors, alongside our wider nursing and healthcare team. We are very pleased with how the Practice is progressing and the position we are now in to provide high-quality, accessible care to our patients.

Over recent years, we have worked hard to improve access to appointments and ensure that patients can receive the care they need when they need it. We hope that many of you are already noticing the difference, and we will continue to look for ways to improve the service we provide.

Farewell to Dr Tim Stewart

We are also saying a fond farewell to Dr Tim Stewart, who has now retired from the Practice after many years of dedicated service.

Dr Stewart has been a much-loved member of the Practice, and his kindness, compassion and commitment to his patients have been at the heart of the care he has provided. Many of you will know that he always took the time to listen and make sure that patients felt heard and understood. His warmth, humour and approachable nature helped generations of patients feel at ease, often at some of the most difficult or worrying times in their lives.

Over the years, we have received many heartfelt cards and messages from patients expressing their gratitude for the care and support Dr Stewart has given them. These have been a wonderful reflection of the trust and affection he has built with his patients and have meant a great deal to Dr Stewart and to all of us at the Practice.

While we will greatly miss Dr Stewart, we are extremely grateful for his many years of dedication and care, and for the lasting contribution he has made to the Practice and its patients.

Please join us in welcoming Dr Zhao, Dr Bhattarai and Beth to the Practice and in wishing Dr Stewart a very happy and fulfilling retirement.

We look forward to continuing to build on the strengths of our Practice and providing the best possible care and access for all our patients.
