New Phone System - Call Back Feature

We have introduced a brand new phone system.  It has gone live today 24th September 2024, so please bear with us as our staff get to grips with it.  The new phone system will allow us to introduce a new feature enabling you to select an option requesting we dial you back when your place in the queue is reached.

Please let us know if you experience any problems relating to the phone system and we can address it as soon as possible.
